CL-MT001 SPD CLEAT SET (PAIR) MULTI-ENTRY TYPE W/O CLEAT NUT

Designed for a wide range of riders including modern trail and enduro racers to everyday commuters to new rider learning to clip in and out, SHIMANO’s CL-MT001 cleats provide multi-directional entry for easier engagement. With their unique design, riders have three distinct clip-in options: traditional front first then rear, rear first then front, or simply stomp straight down. Now it’s easy to quickly get into your pedals no matter the situation.

• Multiple Entry Options: Cleats provide three clip-in options: traditional front first then rear, rear first then front, or stomp straight down
• Secure Engagement: Deliver four degrees of float, assuring just the right amount of movement while also providing secure pedal engagement
• Improved Walkability: Thinner, tapered cleat design makes it easier—and quieter—when off the bike walking around
• Built to Last: Made from heat treated forged steel that delivers durable long lasting performance even under severe riding conditions
• Complementary: Engineered to work seamlessly with SHIMANO SPD pedals for greater control and stability
• Cleats sold as a pair

SM-SH56 SPD CLEAT SET (PAIR) MULTI RELEASE W/O NUT

Replacement cleats for all Shimano® SPD clipless pedals, featuring an easy-to-unclip multi-directional release. Ideal for casual or fitness riders looking for more clipless pedal confidence, these will allow you to clip out either on the outside or inside of the pedal. Lifting and twisting your heel can also release the pedal. Not recommended for performance off road and pavement riding, choose the SM-SH51 cleat instead.

SM-SH51 SPD CLEAT SET (PAIR) SINGLE RELEASE W/O CLEAT NUT

Replacement cleats for all Shimano® SPD clipless pedals, intended for performance off road and pavement riding. These release with a lateral twist and are less likely to release with upward stroke or pull. They feature 4 degrees of float for free movement and less joint stress. Casual riders may prefer SM-SH56 multi-release cleats which are easier to unclip.
