Keyed lock and 15mm thick twisted steel coiled cable, covered in a protective vinyl rubber to prevent frame scratches and rattling.

At a little over 1 1/2 pounds, the KL-15 provides medium level protection with a provides 6Ft of total length, enough to pass through frame, front wheel, and whatever permanent structure you a locking up to.
