Roys Bikes processed my online order very quickly and it was securely packaged when shipped USPS. The size of this mirror is great, but IMHO and others who have purchased this same mirror, you can't use the included mirror to mirror mount hardware. It will loosen up, fall out, and then the mirror falls off the bike and breaks.
Instead, I used a long enough threaded screw with a Phillips head on the mirror mount and then put a flat washer and a capture nut on the bottom to tighten everything up. The capture nut will not loosen up because of road vibration.
